Two for Two

A complete gut and rework, we were able to salvage the original structure but give it a mega makeover, changing both look and function. Today it's two separate residences that were built for dad and son. A huge goal of the project was to completely update the interiors while opening it all up to those vacation-like sweeping park views. Each unit is just under 1000 SF, meaning that every space counted for this work from home duo.
